Take 211 East to McCain and turn left to get on Fort Bragg reservation.  Turn right at Puppy Creek (or McDougal Downs) and go to stoplight at 401.  Turn left onto 401 North.  The high school is the first one on the left as you come into Fayetteville.  Turn left at the McDonald's on the right at the stoplight at the school
